Job Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships and help all those you touch along life's journey. Create a nurturing and positive learning environment encouraging children and staff to grow and develop. Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis and implement the Lightbridge Academy program and Seedlings curriculum. Create a "learning is fun' environment by developing and implementing lesson plans following Lightbridge Academy curriculum. Maintain a well-kept classroom that helps ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children. Observe all Lightbridge Academy policies and procedures and state licensing regulations. Attend required staff meetings and trainings. Complete a minimum of 20 hours of ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in education or related field is preferred, Associates Degree in education or related field will be considered Childcare or preschool experience Strong time management, leadership and organizational skills Flexible and able to multi-task Prior management experience (a plus) Completion of CPR and First Aid certification Lots of Benefits!
