We are a growing childcare program focused on creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where young children can learn, explore, and thrive. We are looking for both Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to helping children build strong social, emotional, and cognitive foundations. Responsibilities Plan and lead age-appropriate classroom activities for infants, toddlers, or preschool children Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment Support children's development through play-based learning and structured activities Guide children in developing social, emotional, and early academic skills Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and licensing compliance Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support classroom routines and school programs Qualifications Experience working in a daycare, preschool, or childcare center Knowledge of early childhood development and classroom management Ability to create engaging learning activities for young children Strong communication and teamwork skills CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or related experience preferred Passion for working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children What We Offer Supportive team environment Professional development opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to grow within our expanding early childhood program
