In this dynamic role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster early childhood development, promote literacy and math skills, and ensure each child's individual needs are met. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including Montessori and preschool methodologies Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and facilitating a respectful, safe environment for children Help organize and prepare educational materials for activities focused on literacy education, math, and other core subjects Engage with children through interactive play, early childhood education activities, and toddler care routines to promote social and emotional development Work closely with children with special needs or disabilities, including those with autism, to provide tailored support and ensure inclusive participation Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom spaces, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones Skills Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience with classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement Knowledge of curriculum development for preschool, toddler care, and special education settings Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities or special needs Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members Familiarity with working in daycare or private school environments using Montessori or other educational philosophies Proficiency in lesson planning for literacy education, math activities, and behavior management strategies Join us to inspire young minds!
