Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to inspire young learners and foster a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. As the Assistant, you will help to support the Lead Teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate lessons that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your passion for working with children and expertise in early childhood education will help create a positive foundation for lifelong learning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant classroom, collaborate with families, and make a meaningful impact on children's early development. Duties Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Support children in daily activities, learning centers, and outdoor play. Help prepare classroom materials and activities. Encourage positive social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain a clean and organized classroom. Communicate professionally with staff and families. Qualifications Experience working with young children preferred. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic. Ability to pass required background checks. CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
