Job Description

Overview MDM Studio, a private piano and voice studio located in Montville, NJ, is seeking to hire a warm and enthusiastic Associate Piano Teacher to teach private lessons! In this role, you will deliver engaging piano instruction tailored to students of various ages and skill levels. The role would be a part-time position; teaching a few private students a few times a week between the ages of 5-17 with the opportunity for additional hours. Ideal Candidate Enthusiastic Great with children Organized Very reliable Passionate about teaching Strong communication and professionalism Responsibilities Design and implement piano lesson plans that align with students' individual goals and skill levels. Teach foundational piano skills, including music theory, sight-reading and ear training. Provide guidance on performance techniques and stage presence to prepare students for recitals or performances. Collaborate with parents and guardians to track progress, discuss goals, and recommend practice routines or additional resources. This position is ideal for passionate teachers eager to make a meaningful impact! A degree in music is preferred but current college music majors should also submit resumes.
