Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a 14yo child in Paterson, NJ. PM Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services with enthusiasm! Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA with dedication! Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills in a fun and engaging way! Collect data and document session progress accurately! Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure the best outcomes! Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times!
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with children preferred RBT Certification preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and dependable Ability to pass required background screenings Why Join LBAPS?
