We seek an outstanding candidate with a strong background in teaching, student mentorship, and professional practice in the field of mental health. At least 2-3 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. A licensure to practice psychology or counseling in New Jersey At least 2-3 years of field experience in mental health settings. Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The selected faculty member will: Teach courses annually at the graduate level, focusing on the curriculum requirements for the general psychology masters of applied psychology program Collaborate with faculty and staff within the department, GSAPP , and the broader Rutgers academic and professional community. Serve as the primary faculty advisor for incoming cohorts on course scheduling and graduation requirements Preferred Qualifications Doctorate in psychology or counseling. At least 2-3 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. A licensure to practice psychology or counseling in New Jersey At least 2-3 years of field experience in mental health settings.
