Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Experience working as a paraprofessional, classroom assistant, or in a similar educational setting Understanding of basic classroom management techniques and strategies Ability to provide both academic and behavioral support to students Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient approach High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in education or child development preferred

Responsibilities:
