Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills for their future.Duties:
- Help Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Help Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with young children
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or similar required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field perferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children required
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and qualifications.
Pay:
$16.00- $18.
