Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a classroom support role strongly preferred Ability to assist teachers in instructional and non-instructional tasks High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant coursework a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children Capable of following directions and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Willingness to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:
