Job Description
Overview Experience with infant care preferred, however, we do offer training for the perspective candidate. The hours for this position will be 12-6pm 3 days per week and additional hours available if interested Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development for infants and toddlers Support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and playtime with patience and attentiveness Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Engage with children through nurturing interactions that encourage exploration and learning Observe and document developmental progress to inform individualized care plans Support classroom management by helping to enforce behavior management strategies positively Communicate effectively with parents and team members regarding children's needs and daily activities Requirements Certification or training in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a caring demeanor Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively Join us in creating a joyful learning space where every child feels valued and supported.
