ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bilingual Autism Paraprofessional (Behavior Technician), you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Every child is unique, so every day brings something new. You'll help children build lifelong skills while celebrating milestones both big and small. You'll support children in areas including:
  • Communication
  • Social Skills
  • Emotional Regulation
  • Daily Living Skills
  • Play Skills
  • School Readiness
  • Independence
  • Positive Behavior Development You'll receive ongoing support from an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will coach and mentor you throughout your career.

Many of our best Behavior Technicians had no previous ABA experience. If you love working with children, have a positive attitude, and are excited to learn, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed.
