The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. This individual will work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. Year-round employment - Enjoy consistent, full-time employment throughout the year. During the summer, you'll work in our engaging Summer Program, allowing you to maintain your income without a seasonal layoff. Duties Support the Lead Teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate classroom activities during the Preschool day. Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Assist with classroom management, daily routines, and transitions. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
