Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting educators in creating a positive learning environment.
- Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities
- Support students in their learning and development
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed
- Assist with behavior management and classroom discipline
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement curriculum
- Support literacy education and language development activities
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Requirements
- Previous experience in daycare, childcare, or educational settings is preferred
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with Montessori or other educational methodologies is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, teachers, and parents
- Passion for educating and supporting the growth of young learners

Part-time Pay:
$16.50- $18.
