In this role, you will support classroom teachers and students with disabilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education and special education settings. Responsibilities Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional activities,. Support students with disabilities or special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management techniques. Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging participation, managing classroom behavior, and promoting respectful interactions. Prepare educational materials, proofread student work, and help organize classroom resources for effective lesson delivery. Supervise children during activities, recess, lunch breaks, and transitions to ensure safety and engagement. Collaborate with teachers and specialists to monitor student progress and adapt support strategies accordingly.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
