ADULT PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR ASSISTANT & DRIVER

Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Program Assistant / Driver to support our Adult Training Program. In this role, you will assist with daily program activities and safely transport participants to and from the program. Key Responsibilities Assist instructors in delivering engaging daily program activities Support participants in achieving personal and developmental goals Safely transport participants to and from the program site Ensure participant safety and well-being during transportation and activities Assist with program setup, cleanup, and daily operations Provide respectful, supportive, and person-centered care Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver s license with a clean driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, patient, and team-oriented Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a program setting preferred Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and assist with participant care (including 2-person assist and use of equipment as needed) Ability to pass background checks in accordance with NJ Department of Human Services Compliance with Central Registry and Child Abuse Registry requirements Pre-employment and random drug screening What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + overtime eligibility PTO, sick time, and extended illness benefits (eligible employees) Medical, dental, and vision coverage (HCS covers up to 90% for eligible employees) Tuition reimbursement (up to $4,800/year) Supportive, mission-driven work environment Make a difference every day-apply now and join the Hope Christian Services team!
