Utilize your skills by assisting in the classroom and serving as a vital facilitator for remote speech-language pathologists (SLPs), occupational therapists (OTs), and psychologists. Your ability to foster connections and support students will help bridge in-person and virtual services, ensuring every learner receives the help they deserve.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or similar instructional support role, preferably in schools Strong communication skills and comfort with technology Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite and remote professionals Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with students of varying abilities Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and documentation High school diploma or higher; relevant certifications are a plus

Core Responsibilities:

Support classroom management and provide direct assistance to students Facilitate scheduled teletherapy sessions for SLPs, OTs, and psychologists Set up technology and ensure smooth, confidential connections for virtual specialists Document session participation and communicate observations to teachers and clinicians Assist with educational activities and reinforce lesson content and individualized plans Help create an inclusive, positive, and supportive learning atmosphere
