Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a school support role preferred Ability to facilitate communication among students, staff, and remote professionals Comfort using technology to support virtual learning and therapy sessions Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping students with diverse learning needs Strong organizational skills and adaptability within a dynamic school setting High school diploma or equivalent required

Key Responsibilities:

Support students participation during virtual SLP, OT, and Psychologist-led sessions Assist with classroom activities, instructional tasks, and individualized student support Implement strategies under the guidance of educators and related service providers Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and engagement Manage and set up technology needed for virtual therapy and learning activities Communicate regularly with teachers and related service personnel to track student progress
