e3678-87544 Job Description Make a meaningful impact supporting student success as a dedicated paraprofessional on a contract, full-time basis, just outside the Los Alamos, NM area. This role is structured around a 4-day work week, offering both consistency and work-life balance. Youll play an essential part in helping students thrive, working alongside expert virtual speech-language pathologists (SLPs), occupational therapists (OTs), and school psychologists.

Key Qualifications:

Experience working with children or in educational settings preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to facilitate technology for remote service providers Patience, empathy, and a collaborative attitude High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or some college coursework in education is a plus Ability to pass background checks as required by educational institutions

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Support students in the classroom by helping them access virtual therapy sessions with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists Assist teachers and service providers by preparing materials and setting up technology for remote sessions Supervise and motivate students to participate actively during virtual interventions Record attendance, session participation, and student progress accurately Communicate with both onsite and remote staff to ensure seamless instructional and therapeutic delivery Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
