Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Educational Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support teachers in creating a positive and effective learning environment and will be committed to helping students succeed academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
•
Instructional Support:
Assist teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans, preparing instructional materials, and facilitating classroom activities.
•
Classroom Management:
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and academic achievement.
•
Student Supervision:
Supervise and engage with students during classroom activities, transitions, and recess, ensuring their safety and well-being.
•
Individualized Support:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional assistance with their learning.
•
Assessment and Documentation:
Assist in observing and documenting students' progress and behavior, providing feedback to the lead teacher.

Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and administration.
•
Daily Routines:
Assist with daily routines and tasks, such as organizing materials, maintaining classroom cleanliness, and supporting students' personal needs. Additional Information

•
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or coursework in Education or related field preferred.
•
Experience:
Prior experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
•
Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage positively with students.
