We are seeking a dependable, positive, and team-oriented Teacher's Assistant who has a heart for young children and a passion for helping them grow academically, socially, and spiritually.

What You'll Do:

Support the Lead Teacher with daily classroom routines and activities Help teach foundational academics, social/emotional skills, and Bible-based lessons Lead and participate in praise and worship with children Pray with and for children and families Foster a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment Model Christ-like behavior and encourage positive character development Follow all state licensing and health district regulations and procedures Assist with supervision, transitions, and classroom organization
