In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting classroom instruction, fostering a nurturing environment, and promoting the developmental growth of young learners. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities tailored to preschool and early childhood development standards Support children's social-emotional growth by encouraging positive behavior management and conflict resolution Help supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and engagement Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or disabilities, supporting inclusive learning environments Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety, comfort, and learning readiness Support classroom management by gently guiding children's behavior and reinforcing rules and routines Assist with basic first aid when necessary, ensuring children's health and safety are prioritized at all times Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or similar environments is highly desirable Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education support Certification or training in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is a plus Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers demonstrates valuable caregiving skills Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and children Demonstrated patience, compassion, and enthusiasm for nurturing young learners Join us to be part of an inspiring team dedicated to shaping bright futures!
