Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Classroom Teacher to inspire young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging classroom that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for preschool-aged children. Your leadership will foster a positive learning atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and excited to explore new concepts. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early educational experiences while working collaboratively with families and staff to support each child's growth and development. Duties Assist Lead teacher in creating dynamic, age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education to foster holistic childhood development. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional learning through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies. Engage children in hands-on activities that promote early intervention skills, special education needs, and overall developmental milestones. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address concerns, and support child welfare through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences. Help with daily classroom routines including lesson planning and maintaining organized learning spaces Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong background in classroom management and behavior management techniques preferred. Knowledge of special education strategies is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and community partners. Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate social emotional learning. Prior experience in private schools or daycare centers is a plus; certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
