BGCWN Smart Start Daycare Centers are looking for caring, dependable, and energetic Assistant Classroom Teachers to join our team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children while working alongside experienced teachers and a supportive team. As an Assistant Classroom Teacher, you will help create a safe, engaging, and educational classroom environment while supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth. What You'll Do Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and age-appropriate learning experiences. Encourage children to participate, explore, learn, and develop positive social skills. Support each child's social, emotional, and developmental growth. Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment. Support positive classroom and behavior guidance strategies. Assist with daily classroom routines, including diapering, toilet training, meals, and cleaning. Interact with children, families, and coworkers in a respectful and professional manner. Follow Smart Start policies, licensing requirements, and safety procedures. Work as part of a classroom team to provide a consistent and positive experience for children. Take on other duties as assigned to support the classroom and center.

Wray Family Smart Start Center in Minden, NV — Part-Time Floater/Breaker We are looking for a Part-Time Floater/Breaker to support our Wray Family Smart Start Center.

Schedule:

9:00 AM-3:30 PM This position will provide classroom support, help cover staff breaks, and assist where needed throughout the center to help maintain smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Caring, patient, dependable, and professional. Comfortable working with young children in a daycare or early childhood setting. Able to communicate compassionately with children and families. Comfortable receiving feedback and participating in ongoing training. Able to work independently while also being a strong team member. Able to problem-solve and handle everyday classroom situations professionally. Comfortable maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.
