Full-time | Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7 AM

What You'll Do:
Provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for infants (6 weeks to 12 months) Follow individualized feeding, diapering, and nap schedules Assist in
- implementing curriculum and support developmental milestones through sensory activities, tummy time, and interactive play Assist in maintaining accurate records of daily care logs using The Goddard Family App Communicate with families about their child's day and progress Keep the classroom clean, sanitized, and organized
What You Need:
1+ year of experience working with infants in a childcare setting (preferred) Passion for caring for babies and supporting their early development Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and sit/kneel on the floor for playtime Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Ready to make a difference in a baby's first year of life?
