Job Description

TEACHING ASSISTANT - SPECIAL EDUCATION LOCATION

Smallwood Drive School HOURS:

30 Hours/Week

START DATE

As soon as possible

SALARY:

$19.50/hour, plus payment for additional credit hours, if applicable

TEACHING ASSISTANTS MUST HAVE TEACHING ASSISTANT CERTIFICATION OR NYS TEACHER CERTIFICATION OR WORKING TOWARDS EITHER OF THESE CERTIFICATIONS.

Experience working with elementary students preferred (K-5) Fingerprint Procedure -attached

DESCRIPTION

Assist with routine classroom functions, assume teacher responsibilities, conduct classroom activities and assist with required paperwork in classrooms.
