Job Description
In-Home Behavior Technician Paraprofessional (Bengali-Speaking Required) The In-Home Paraprofessional provides one-on-one support to children with autism in their home environment. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, the Paraprofessional implements individualized treatment plans, utilizes evidence-based ABA strategies, collects data, supports skill acquisition, and assists in reducing challenging behaviors. Fluency in Bengali is required to effectively communicate with the child and family and support treatment goals. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's development while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on growth and learning.
