Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves assisting with lesson planning, and classroom management. The Assistant Teacher will play a crucial role in fostering the development of literacy, math skills, and overall childhood development. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development tailored to early childhood education. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages social and emotional growth among students. Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs. Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety and promoting positive interactions. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Qualifications Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is preferred. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children are essential traits. Previous experience working with toddlers or young children is highly valued
