Medical Assistant Instructor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Medical Assistant Instructor to support our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical assistant curriculum ,Phlebotomy ,, EKG , urinalysis , Pharmacology Patient Care for adult Students , and possess the ability to engage and educate students effectively. This position involves assisting lead instructors in delivering high-quality instruction while fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities Supervise students during practical sessions, providing guidance and feedback on their performance. Educate students on essential topics related to anatomy, hand On Training on phlebotomy , EKG , Urinalysis and more Facilitate classroom activities and discussions, ensuring all students are engaged and supported. Utilize educational technology platforms such as Blackboard to enhance learning experiences. Collaborate with lead instructors to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Experience 2 years of previous experience working as Medical Assistant or related medical field Strong understanding of anatomy and Medical assistant related subjects Ability to teach both lecture and Hands On training . Experience using technology in the classroom, particularly Blackboard or similar platforms, is advantageous.

class hours:

Morning class (Monday to Friday from ( 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM) Accelerated class (Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Evening class : (Monday to Friday from ( 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM) Weekend class ( Saturday and Sundays from ( 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) Full time and Part Time Schedule are both needed
