Adecco is hiring for a temp to hire Welder for a Client located in Syracuse, NY 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm Payrate $20.00/hour

• Job Description
• Perform various types of welding operations and weld a variety of standard and Customized product weldments.

• ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• + Perform welding operations based on interpreting shop records and drawings and assemble and measurement details.

+ Work from shop drawings and sketches to set up workstation for specific jobs. + Manipulate welding gun and lay proper fill or bead to meet and satisfy pressure testing requirements. + Follow quality control standards to ensure meeting quality and quantity requirements. + Obtain first piece inspection approval and periodically visually inspect and/or gauge work for quality appearance and dimensional accuracies. + Perform grinding operations to dress the appearance of weldments. + Read and accurately interpret measuring devices + Adhere to established safety rules and policies. + Perform other duties as assigned.

• Requirements
• + High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 years work experience.

+ Meet production quantity requirements. + Possess and demonstrate positive mentoring and leadership qualities. + Good oral and written communication skills. + Possess basic math skills. + Possess basic organizational skills. If interested in this position, click

• $20.
