Our mission is to foster a safe and engaging environment that promotes the growth and development of every child. Summary We are seeking an Assistant Teacher to join our team at A Leap In Learning, LLC. This role is essential in supporting Lead Teachers in creating a positive learning environment for our young learners. The Assistant Teacher will help implement educational activities that promote childhood development and ensure the welfare of each child. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans. Support children's learning through active participation in educational activities. Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs. Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development. Requirements Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. Strong understanding of childhood development principles. Ability to create lesson plans that cater to various learning styles. Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff. Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a plus. A passion for education and nurturing young minds.
