We are seeking a Lead Teacher or a Teacher Assistant with the potential and desire to grow into a Lead Teacher role. We believe that passion, dedication, and a genuine love for children are just as important as experience. If you enjoy singing, storytelling, arts and crafts, sensory activities, and creating exciting learning experiences for toddlers and preschoolers, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment Lead or assist with daily activities, circle time, music, movement, and art projects Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and language development Foster children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Collaborate with fellow teachers and families Follow all OCFS and program policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, or related field preferred but not required CDA, Early Childhood Education coursework, or willingness to pursue professional development is a plus Must be eligible to work in the United States Background check and fingerprint clearance required Why Join us?
