  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our educational team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education and be committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of children, guiding them through their early learning experiences while promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Responsibilities :
Educate children in various subjects, including language, math, science, and social skills through hands-on activities. Utilize developmentally appropriate methods to create an interactive learning environment that encourages exploration and independence. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning atmosphere. Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met. Work collaboratively with students with disabilities or special needs, adapting lessons to meet individual requirements. Foster strong relationships with students and their families to support their educational journey. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Requirements Proven experience in classroom management. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate preschool practice is a plus. Experience working with children with special education needs is highly desirable. Strong understanding of childhood development theories and practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages learning and growth. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
