Schedule Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Some mornings may require a 6:30 AM arrival , depending on drop-off needs We are also open on select Saturdays , which may offer occasional additional hours Who We Serve We serve scholars ranging in age from 6 weeks through 12 years , including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and after-school scholars . Our program works with mixed-age groups , offering hands-on learning, sensory play, creative projects, story time, movement, and structured daily routines. Staff may support different age groups based on program needs, ratios, and scheduling. Responsibilities As a Morning Assistant Teacher, you will help set a positive tone for the day by: Preparing and opening the classroom Greeting scholars and families warmly and professionally Assisting with breakfast routines Supporting diapering, feeding, and transitions Setting up sensory activities, Circle Time, and learning centers Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom Following daily routines and checklists Sharing classroom moments and photo updates through Brightwheel Supporting a nurturing, engaging environment across age groups Physical Requirements This role is active and hands-on and requires the ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and lift children or classroom materials (up to approximately 40 lbs ). Duties include both indoor and outdoor supervision. Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.
