Job Description

Conduct arts/educational activities for tour groups as well as carry out and Community Outreach ArtMobile Programs and QCA Summer Camps. Prepare materials and run tours/camps/outreach activities Plan and run activities for QCA Summer Camp offerings and Community Outreach Events. Assemble materials, test activities for success and time planning purposes for community and camp programs. Load ArtMobile and drive to locations, set up materials before children arrive; prepare summer camp activities in house Clean up all materials after program, prepare supplies for next day's activities. General cleanup up, upkeep and conditioning of Arts Education materials and space Other duties as assigned Must be conformable working directly with children. Should possess good organizational skills and able to communicate effectively.

QCA Summer Camp offerings and Community Outreach Events Arts Education programming/ resource planning and maintenance Summer exhibition work Other duties as assigned May help with general summer exhibition work - painting and patching walls, preparing mattes or frames, hanging artwork/signage (under supervision)High school diploma or its equivalency required, some college-level education in visual art, art education, museum studies and/or art history preferred.
