School Calendar:

We follow the Smithtown school calendar for school closures. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines Help supervise children during play, learning activities, snack, and transitions Support classroom setup, cleanup, and organization Encourage positive social interactions and age-appropriate independence Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment Qualifications Enjoys working with young children Reliable, patient, and able to work well as part of a team Preschool or childcare experience preferred Must be comfortable assisting with the active, hands-on needs of a preschool classroom This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule in a friendly, community-focused preschool environment.
