Compensation:

$18.00

00/hour (45-week position, with earnings paid out over a 52-week calendar year). Hands-On Experience Ideal for education majors, aspiring teachers, or anyone passionate about helping children with special needs thrive Practicum hours may be eligible for completion onsite Professional Growth Earn your Teaching Assistant Level 1 Certificate with ACDS support Paid reimbursement and a pay increase upon certification What You'll Do Support classroom teachers with daily routines, including feeding, toileting, diapering, and play-based instruction Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individualized educational goals Promote communication, independence, and developmental growth in young learners

What We're Looking For Experience:

Prior experience working with children required; experience with children with disabilities highly valued

Preferred Skills:

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience is a plus

Education:

High school diploma or GED required
