The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in a supportive and nurturing environment, particularly in private school settings. This role is essential in fostering a positive learning atmosphere for young children, including school age and preschoolers, while assisting lead teachers in implementing effective curriculum and educational activities. Duties Assist lead teachers in planning and executing engaging lessons that cater to the developmental needs of students. Support students in their learning activities, providing guidance and encouragement. Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and growth. Facilitate small group activities and one-on-one support for students, including those with autism or special needs. Participate in curriculum development to enhance educational programs, ensuring alignment with early childhood education standards. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster collaboration and support student progress. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to provide a conducive learning space. Qualifications Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A background or training related to working with children is a plus. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that supports diverse learning needs. Teacher We are seeking a preschool teacher to prepare our four year olds for Kindergarten. The ability to plan an engaging curriculum is a must. Experience working with children is required. Flexibility in scheduling is a plus!
