Youth Summer Program Assistant (Camp Counselor Students Welcome

Join Our Summer Team! We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible high school and college students to join our summer program team in Syosset! This is a great opportunity to gain experience, build leadership skills, and have a fun, rewarding summer working with kids. What You'll Do Supervise and engage with children during daily activities Assist with games, group activities, and structured programs Help create a safe, fun, and positive environment Work closely with other team members and staff Who Can Apply High school students (10th-12th grade) College students We're looking for candidates who are: Responsible and dependable Energetic and enjoy working with children Positive, patient, and team-oriented Preferred (Not Required) Experience with children (sports, coding, robotics, camp, etc.) CPR / First Aid certification Leadership or volunteer experience Why This Job is Great Friendly and supportive team environment Great experience for resumes and college applications Build confidence, leadership, and communication skills Make a positive impact on kids' summer experience Program Dates 7/6/2026 to 8/14/2026
