Contract Job Overview Out East Therapy is seeking a dedicated School Aide to join our team. The School Aide will assist teachers and support staff in providing a positive and safe learning environment for students. This is a contract position, 1099 Responsibilities
Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
Assist students with classroom tasks and assignments
Help maintain a clean and organized learning environment
Work with students on behavior management and social skills
Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed Skills
Experience working with students, particularly those with autism
Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in math concepts
Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
Previous experience in toddler care is a plus
Passion for educating and supporting students
