The ideal candidate will work closely with lead teachers to support classroom activities, enhance student learning, and foster a positive educational environment. This role is essential in helping to implement lesson plans and ensuring that each child receives the attention and guidance they need for their development. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall childhood development. Support classroom management by maintaining a structured and nurturing environment conducive to learning. Engage with students in various activities, including special education initiatives, daycare routines, and Montessori methods. Provide individualized support for students Facilitate communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Participate in curriculum development to enhance educational offerings tailored to students' needs. Foster positive relationships with children through effective behavior management techniques. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment while supervising children during playtime and learning activities. Skills Experience working with children in any settings, including private schools, daycare, churches, babysitting, or any preschool environments. Effective communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and staff Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom experience to maintain an engaging learning atmosphere. Knowledge of literacy education, math concepts, and special education practices is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is a plus. Ability to provide toddler care and support for young learners through hands-on activities.
