In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational atmosphere for young children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a love of learning, promote social-emotional development, and ensure a safe and welcoming space for every child. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social skills activities Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop self-regulation skills Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical growth Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations Work closely with children with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities, providing individualized support as needed Foster effective communication with children to enhance language development and social interaction Participate in curriculum development efforts to create engaging learning experiences tailored to preschoolers' developmental stages Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early education methodologies such as Montessori or toddler care approaches Familiarity with special education strategies and behavior management techniques Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, children, and families Ability to plan and execute engaging lessons that support literacy education, math skills, and overall curriculum goals Experience working with individuals with autism or disabilities is a plus Certification or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to inspire young minds and support their journey of discovery!
