Part Time Pre-K Classroom Aide:
Assumption Academy Assumption Academy Assumption Academy, a faith-filled Catholic school serving Preschool through Grade 8 in Broadview Heights, is seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Aide to join our early childhood team. The Preschool Aide will work closely with the classroom teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development of young children.
Responsibilities:
Assist the preschool teacher with daily classroom activities and instruction Support students during learning centers, play, meals, and transitions Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Supervise students and ensure their well-being throughout the school day Encourage positive social interactions and age-appropriate behavior Support the Catholic mission and values of
Assumption Academy Qualifications:
Experience working with young children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment Must be VIRTUS trained or willing to complete training
Hours:
