The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to assist in classroom activities, ensuring that each child receives the attention and support they need to thrive. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing atmosphere that promotes childhood development and learning. Duties Assist in implementing lesson plans and educational activities. Support students with special needs, providing individualized attention and care. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. Monitor student behavior and implement behavior management strategies as needed. Facilitate activities to enhance learning experiences. Communicate effectively regarding student progress and any concerns. Assist with classroom management, ensuring all students are engaged and focused. Skills Proven experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, nannying, or babysitting. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Effective communication skills to interact positively with students, parents, and staff. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for teaching and caregiving.
