Job Description

Head Start Preschool Teacher Aide/Floater - Beatty Avenue Head Start Center •This position will begin on August 10, 2026
Starting Hourly Wage:
$16.14 per hour with Associate's Degree 40 Hours per week 42 weeks per year
Major Responsibilities:
Floater will fill in for absent teaching staff. Assist the teacher in providing care, supervision and teaching for a group of children in the Head Start Preschool classroom setting. Classes consists of 15 children ages 3-5 years old. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Qualifications:
An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development is required. Applications may be obtained at the following locations:
