This contract position, conveniently located near Dublin, OH, offers a chance to help shape young minds while advancing your career in the education field. As a key instructional partner, you'll work closely with teachers and staff to provide essential support to students throughout the school day.
Key Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar role preferred Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Patience, flexibility, and empathy to assist students of varying abilities Basic instructional and classroom management skills High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant training or certifications a plus Capable of assisting with classroom activities and adapting to dynamic school environments
What You'll Do:
