Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Experience supporting students in a school environment, particularly in special education settings Familiarity with 1:1 paraprofessional duties, including behavioral support and assistance with daily living skills Ability to assist with toileting routines as needed Calm and positive demeanor when working with students exhibiting challenging behaviors Strong collaboration skills to work alongside instructional staff and therapists High School diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or coursework in education or behavioral support preferred
