Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers with instructional activities and classroom management Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with special needs Help facilitate daily routines and maintain a positive, structured environment Support academic, social, and emotional growth through guided interactions Assist with the supervision of students during classroom transitions, breaks, or lunch Collaborate actively with staff to promote students success Document and communicate student progress and observations to relevant staff
