Bright Beginnings Learning Center is currently seeking a flexible, nurturing, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team for 30-40 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on center needs.

Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Bright Beginnings Learning Center, Niles, Ohio Starting Pay:

$12.00/hour, based on experience and education

Requirements:

Must pass an FBI/BCI background check Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Must be able to follow ODJFS rules and Step Up to Quality guidelines Willing to complete required Step Up to Quality and health trainings Must be compassionate, upbeat, and dependable Must have complete availability during the center's open hours- 6:30 am to 6:00 pm! Duties (including but not limited to): Providing classroom learning activities and opportunities in alignment with Creative Curriculum and the Ohio Learning Standards Complete weekly lesson plans, observations, and complete assessments for students Building warm, supportive relationships with children and staff Maintain daily routines, transitions, and supervision Helping maintain cleanliness and organization of learning spaces Following all health, safety, and licensing protocols Being a positive and flexible team player who steps in wherever needed
