Western Buckeye ESC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or paraprofessional willing to earntheir RBT certification, to support students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst(BCBA). Responsibilities include providing direct student support, promoting positive behaviors and skilldevelopment, collecting behavioral data, and collaborating with teachers and support staff to help studentssucceed academically, socially, and behaviorally. Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma orequivalent and possess or be willing to obtain RBT certification, Crisis Prevention Training certification, andan educational aide permit; experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
